a Linux based monitoring software called "NetSaint."

used commercial product to not only monitor site availability
but also to notify our support staff in the event site performance
falls below predetermined criteria.

Denial-of Service attacks are also detected using hardware-based
routing monitors so that appropriate action can be taken immediately.

"WebTrends," to manage client site logs and to create usage
and trending reports.
